Data Deletion

If we emailed you

• Stop the emails — click the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any email from us. We stop at once, and keep only your email address on a do-not-contact list so that it is never emailed again.
• Delete the rest — to have your business details and email history deleted too, write to aisolutions@sajtpress.rs from the address we emailed.

If you are our client

• Write to aisolutions@sajtpress.rs and we will delete your website access, the content and reports we keep for you, and the Google data from your properties — except what the law requires us to keep.
• You can withdraw our access yourself at any time: remove our Google account in Search Console (Settings → Users and permissions), Google Analytics (Admin → Access management) or Google Ads (Admin → Access and security), and deactivate the Sajtpress connector plugin or delete the application password in your WordPress admin.

If you are on our team

Delete your account in the Platform under Settings → Privacy → Delete account, or ask an administrator. This removes your account and the data it owns and signs you out everywhere.

How we handle a request

Write from the email address concerned, or include enough detail for us to find your data (for example your business name and website). We confirm and complete the deletion within 30 days and reply when it is done. We keep only what the law requires, and the do-not-contact entry if you asked us not to contact you; backups made by our hosting provider are overwritten on its regular rotation.
